Beef for Sale

"Specializing in all natural lean limousin veal and beef."

Our Limousin cattle are raised in the valleys and on the hills of Southwest Wisconsin.  We believe in naturally raising calves without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones.  Calves are on a grass-fed diet along their mother’s side and finished out on a grain-based diet that does not contain any animal byproducts.   Cattle of the Limousin breed are known for their naturally lean, meaty carcasses. 

 

Animals are processed at local state-inspected lockers.  Customers can purchase beef by the quarter or by the retail cut.  A quarter of beef will contain a quarter of all of the cuts within a beef carcass.

    Ground Beef (packages of approximately 1.5 lbs or 2.0lbs) - $2.50/lb

    Stew meat (packages of approximately 1.0 lb) - $2.50

     

    Roasts

    Chuck Roast (packaged in 2.5 to 3.5 lbs) - $2.50/lb

    Round Roast (packaged in 3.0 to 4.0 lbs) - $3.00/lb

    Rolled Rump Roast (packaged in 3.0 to 4.0 lbs) - $3.50/lb

     

    Steaks

    Round Steak (approximately 4.0 to 5.0 lbs) - $3.00/lb

    Cube or Minute Steak (approximately 1.0 lbs – 2 steaks per package) - $3.00/lb

    Sirloin Steak (approximately 2.0 lbs) – $3.50/lb

    Rib Steak (approximately 1.75 to 2.5 lbs – 2 steaks per package) - $7.00/lb

    Porterhouse Steak (approximately 2.0 to 3.0 lbs – 2 steaks per package) - $8.00/lb

    T-Bone Steak (approximately 1.75 to 2.5 lbs – 2 steaks per package) - $8.00/lb

A typical half beef consists of approximately:

14 T-Bone steaks

14 Rib steaks

8 Sirloin steaks

2 Sirloin Tip roasts

6 Chuck roasts

4 Arm roasts

2 Rump roasts

6 packages of stew meat

4 packages of Short Ribs

4 packages of Soup Bones

65-70 pounds of Ground Beef
